The final plot of the Sunset Bay line was launched at a shoreline event on Dubai Islands, with sixty per cent of the release placed on the night.
Sunset Bay Grand is the only building in the series where every residence faces open water. The stepped terrace section, shown publicly for the first time, means no balcony overlooks another.
Remaining availability is concentrated in two- and three-bedroom layouts on the middle floors.
